Sodium silicate Conveyor
Introduction:
Sodium silicate conveyor, also known as sodium silicate chain plate molding machine, is an ideal cooling production process equipment with high efficiency, less drain and less pollution. In the process of production, solid sodium silicate flows through discharging mouth, then on the chain plate molding machine. The solid sodium silicate will be in favor of package, transportation, storage and high efficient subsequent dissolution.

Application and Control:
1. Installed under discharge mouth, height from discharge mouth to blanking pointis 1150-2600mm (changed as the construction site and temperature)
2. Running speed can be with variable frequency control and can be adjusted according to the amount of outflow.
Advantage:
1. Less Drain: Product loss is more than 3% in water quenching method, such as an annual output of 25,000 tons of sodium silicate, loss equals about 30 thousand dollars; while product loss for chain plate molding machine can be as low as 0.01%.
2. Less waste water, less pollution: Large amounts of cooling water in the originalwater quenching method, causing great pollution to the environment, the PH value of discharging water is greater than 10 or more, while for the chain plate molding machine, cooling water is cyclic utilization in the bottom of the chain plate.
3. Higher product quality: Final product is not direct exposed with water, thus improving the quality and purity of the final product.
4. Better utilization: molding product with applicable outline, high transparency and uniformity, in favor of package, transportation, storage and high efficient subsequent dissolution.
Note:
1. Inversion is banned under any circumstances.
2. Lubricants or grease is used for the lubrication of bearings, checked andlubricated every 3-4 months.
3. Machine oil is used for lubrication of chain; Lubricating at least once per shift,viscous degree of oil can be adjusted according to the different seasons.
4. Operating status of the conveyor chain should be checked frequently. Once chain plate pitch is found to increase, tensioning device should be taken the appropriate adjustments to maintain normal operation.
